CPR Saturday

This Saturday after church I went and volunteered teaching CPR at the Westgate mall. It was a success! We had over 100 people who took the class. The class was basic CPR and lasted only 30 minutes. At the end of the course each person would receive a free t-shirt! I came around a slow time, but in all it was fun to be able to help out. During the time I was there we had a few people and small groups from different church's as well. Many in packs from church's, because they were hoping to win an AED for their church. The AHA was giving a free AED to the church who had the most church members came out and took the class. Which I think is pretty awesome!  It was very hard to try to bring in the people to take the CPR course. Many of the shoppers were hesitant or were not willing to take the time and learn CPR. No matter, the CPR Saturday was a success and I enjoyed helping. These are some of the photos I took of other CPR instructors teaching.
